I have had Epilepsy for more than 25 years. I am happy and enjoy life. I accept my condition and that has allowed me to move forward. I don't live in fear.I don't believe in dwelling. I always tell myself that it could be worse and there are others in worse conditions. I like to think positive. Life is better that way. I've learned to write things down so I don't forget and it helps me to write an agenda for the day. I attend support group meetings for Epilepsy to help and learn from others. I play basketball, play in a pool league and love to explore new places. Everyone has good and bad days, the key is to be patient. The bad will pass. Be grateful for what you have and do what you love, tomorrow it can all be gone. Don't stick to one thought. You'll live better when your mind and heart are open. -Daniel
